realutopia x Civic Data Lab

For Civic Data Lab, I worked together with realutopia on a consultation and monitoring project analysing their educational and consultation offers.

We facilitated participatory workshops, conducted user research, and provided strategic consultation, with a focus on client needs and educational content around AI and data projects. The project produced concrete insights and recommendations to support Civic Data Lab in becoming even more user-centered in the future.
