At Baut Eure Zukunft, I work as a trainer and facilitator, delivering train-the-trainer programs for teachers at high schools across Germany.
I support educators in applying Design Thinking to their everyday practice, strengthening facilitation skills, collaboration, and student-centered project work. In addition, I facilitate hands-on project days that help schools turn ideas into participatory, future-oriented learning experiences.We facilitated participatory workshops, conducted user research, and provided strategic consultation, with a focus on client needs and educational content around AI and data projects. The project produced concrete insights and recommendations to support Civic Data Lab in becoming even more user-centered in the future.

Project Example: “House System” at Theodor-Heuss-Realschule
As part of a school-wide project day, I facilitated a Design Thinking process to support the introduction of a Harry Potter–inspired house system aimed at strengthening community, shared values, and cross-grade collaboration. Together with students, teachers, and parents, we co-created the concept, addressed differing perspectives, and developed concrete ideas for implementation. The result is an ongoing, participatory transformation process that has been actively shaping school culture since April 2025.
